Hereford Prime Home Delivery: We guarantee 100% grass fed yearling Meat Standards Australia graded, hormone free, premium quality Hereford cattle. This way we are assured that our exquisite meat brand will be consistent and your eating experience one to be thoroughly enjoyed and something to tell your friends about.

Our cattle are sourced from some of the finest Hereford studs/breeders in the land. They graze on the lush natural pastures of the Eastern seaboard of Australia, from the Victorian high country to the hills and rolling plains of the fertile Hunter region of NSW.

All products from Hereford Prime and Hereford Prime Home Delivery are available for purchase either online, via our salespeople (“How to Buy” tab), our butcher shop or direct with a company representative listed in the “Contact Us” menu.  When you order online via this website your product will be delivered to your door, provided that you reside within the Sydney metropolitan area.  Alternatively, should you wish to collect your Order personally or you reside outside of the Sydney metropolitan area and you wish to place an order for collection, we can arrange for your Order to be packaged and collected. To become a wholesale customer of  you must complete the registration process through the Website. To become a wholesale on-line customer of Hereford Prime, you must first obtain registration approval prior to being able to view wholesale prices via the internet.  Once your wholesale account has been setup, you will be issued with a username and password and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information.

Placing an Order

When you place an Order for a product through the Website you agree to purchase the item from Hereford Home Delivery for the specified price. Each and every order received for an item is an offer by you to purchase this particular product for the price notified.  Each and every time you place an order for a product you warrant to Hereford Prime – Hereford Prime Home Delivery that such purchases are being obtained for personal consumption and you are not purchasing the goods for resale or other commercial purposes.

Pricing and Packaging

All our products via Hereford Prime wholesale and Hereford Prime Home Delivery are based on a per kilo rate. For delivery the price per kilogram is used to calculate the total price, based on the Product weight. For most product lines, the heavier packaged items are calculated at a cheaper rate. Whole cuts, tray packs and the monster “Stock Camp collection” are cheaper still.

All portion cuts are packaged in a Cryovac vacuum seal. This prolongs the shelf life of your products. Products such as mince, stir fry, diced beef etc are tray packaged and then sealed.

Minimum Order

The minimum order value is $35.00 per order.

Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours of placing your order, excluding Saturday and Sunday, calculated from 12 midday following the placement of your order. If you have a special order or special requirements please email us at shop@herefordprime.com.au and we will strive to meet your request.

If you reside outside of the Sydney metropolitan area and wish to receive product, please email us.

On your first delivery your order will be delivered in a complimentary Butchers esky bag. For subsequent orders, you are required to leave your esky at the front door or an alternative location, which you are able to advise us via the Comments section when you are progressing to checkout, prior to your order being delivered. Our driver will place your order in the esky bag previously provided to you. If you do not leave your esky out for the second and consecutive orders (as our product is just tremendous) we will provide you with another Butchers esky bag. Should you not leave 2 bags out on your following order, you agree to pay to Hereford Prime Home Delivery Pty Limited the sum of $5.00 per esky bag that you retain over and above the first complimentary esky bag issued to you.

Refund and Returns

Hereford Prime home delivery do not accept refunds once an order is placed.

However if there are missing items from your delivery, determined and by checking  your delivery against your on-line order and advised to us via email at shop@herefordprime.com.au  within 24 hours of delivery, then we will arrange for the subsequent delivery of that item at a mutually agreed time, free of charge.  A refund cheque will be forwarded to you for the applicable amount or alternatively we will apply your credit against your subsequent order.
